Camino Haderslev (105,85 km)

The route ”Camino Haderslev Næs” has borrowed its name from the world-known Camino de Santiago de Compostela, but this route has the 9 churches of the area as it’s main sights.

This scenic and historic route takes you through fields and forests over gravel paths, country-side roads and cycling paths with beautiful views of both the landscape and the ocean. The route starts by Haderslev Cathedral and during the trip you’ll pass further 8 interesting churches. Thereafter, the roads take you north through an animal park along Haderslev lake and back to the cathedral, where this circular route ends.

Broagerland (29,78 km)

The Route around Broagerland is a unique opportunity for travelling through the exciting history of the area – from the churches of the Middle Ages along with the vibrant brick industry of the 1800s to the war of 1864, which severely affected Broagerland.

Loejt Land (26,90 km)

The Penninsula of Løjt Land is beautifully located by Little Belt (Lillebælt), northeast of the city of Aabenraa. This scenic area offers many activity opportunities. The coast of Løjt Land is extremely varied. Here you’ll find beautiful sandy beaches, dramatic coastal cliffs fomed by the Ice Ages, beautiful beach meadows with distinct animals and plants as well as shingle beaches, from where the Baltic Sea can be explored underwater.

At the same time, the area is very popular amongst yachtsmen, who are attracted by the two islands Barsø and Kalvø. The coast and the islands is a preferred spot for anglers.

The large dune Tuttesbjerg is situated next to Strandvejen and it provides a fantastic panoramic view; form its top you can see Henne Beach, the North Sea and across Lyngbo’s Heath to Blåbjerg Plantation.

The tour is a roundtrip, starting in the town of Ansager. Just outside Ansager are three 6000-year-old burial mounds. In Skovlund, you can see the sculpture “Ostekar” by Laila Westergaard, which is a reminder of the former dairy with regional and dairy motifs.
At the junction of Tiphedevej and Kviesøvej, you can take a detour to Kvie Lake and further south there is the option of a detour to Pølmosen, where there is a 2.5 km  hiking trail around the marsh.

The route takes you around the Ansager area close to Kvie Lake. At Ansager town there are three burial mounds, which are about 6000 years old. Farthest north, the route takes you past Fårholt Bjerge, a sandbank that some believe has come from what is currently Kvie Lake. Kvie Lake offers refreshments, a dip and a stroll around the lake.

South of Agerbæk, you will walk past a forested area where you will find a packed lunch house, hiking trails and mountain bike trails.

Fjorden Rundt (90,46 km)

From a bicycle saddle, you will feel the West Coast's phenomenal nature getting right under your skin. On the ever-changing tour, the senses are bombarded with impressions as the wind brings you the scents of the sea, fjord, heather, rose hips, pines, sea buckthorns and blueberries. The roar of the North Sea and bird flocks sets the sound image over the large heath areas, where it is a long ways between cars and people. The sunlight dances on the waves and casts beautiful shadows across the flat land.

Fuglenes Fjord (27,36 km)

The “Fuglenes fjord” [Bird Fjord] cycle path goes to a distinctive and impressive natural area: Vest Stadil Fjord. It is the birds' fjord, and already on your way there you can see them in the sky and hear an increasingly insisting chirping. You can take your binoculars with you, or you can just sit on a sunny walkway and listen to nature’s sounds.

Mellem Hav og Fjord (43,27 km)

On this route you will cycle between the tranquil fjord and the wild North Sea. At the fjord you will find an oasis of tranquillity with rich birdlife on the Tipperne peninsula and views of the colourful windsurfers' sails on the fjord. Fantastic experiences await you between the fjord and the sea.

Tim-Sørup (12,37 km)

Follow the scenic Tim-Sørup Tour, which takes you through forests, agricultural lands and plantations. The tour offers many opportunities to explore nature and wildlife, experience the plantation and the old heath landscapes with inland dunes. If you are lucky, you might meet a crown deer, roe deer, fox or hare. At Sørup Dam you will find a small campsite where you can rest or enjoy refreshments.

Vestkystruten National rute 1 - Vedersø-Nymindegab delstrækning (60,48 km)

Take this beautiful piece of the West Coast Route, one of the most charming bicycle paths in Denmark. The route is a natural path that goes all the way from the Danish-German border to Skagen, winding through the terrain, along dunes, among summer houses and on flat areas with old dune houses. The tour takes you past seamarks, Lyngvig lighthouse, the sluice and harbour at Hvide Sande, Fiskeriets Hus, Abelines Gård and much more. Follow the blue cycle route signs labelled with no. 1.

Søndervig-København National rute 4 (59,77 km)

Not counting cycle paths in the large cities, the Ringkøbing–Søndervig path is the oldest cycle path in Denmark. It was created to give prominent citizens the opportunity to cycle from the market town of Ringkøbing to the healthy air in the seaside town of Søndervig. The path is part of National Route 4, which runs from Søndervig to Copenhagen. The path is gravel-coated and you ride right down along the edge of Fjord’s rushes and reeds, with a beautiful view over the water. The route continues from Ringkøbing to Skjern, where you pass the Skjern River and landscapes of plantations and heaths. Follow the blue cycle route signs labelled no. 4.

Ringkøbing-Skive rute 18, Torsted-Madum Å delstrækning (26,17 km)

Fyrturen (Hvide Sande-Lyngvig Fyr) (12,24 km)

From the raw fishing town of Hvide Sande through the dunes to Lyngvig Lighthouse – the west coast's newest  – and back, you can experience the song of the surf, the beautiful natural surroundings, and the wind in your hair. One way through the dunes on the West Coast Trail and the other way on the asphalt cycle path alongside the main road. The tour thus offers a view of the fjord and the sea,  heather, rosehips and the raw dune landscape. If you are brave enough to take a small detour, the little fjord harbour in Nr. Lyngvig is well worth a visit. Have a coffee and enjoy a break in idyllic surroundings.

Værnengeturen (27,18 km)

Værnenge is a large protected area with public access all year round. There you will find a myriad of different birds, such as grouse, spoonbills, plovers, avocets, copper snipes, swans and roughs. Therefore, it is important to remember binoculars and a bird book when you visit the area. Værnenge has a barn with information and views of the area and the birds. At a distance from there is a viewing tower with views of the entire area and the fjord.

Skaven-Skjern Enge (16,59 km)

Enjoy the beautiful tour along Ringkøbing Fjord up to Skjern Enge, where you will find Denmark’s only river delta, feel the history and experience the draught ferries. In Skjern Enge you can also see a myriad of different birds. For bird enthusiasts, it is therefore important to remember binoculars and bird books, so you can spot the spoonbills from the bird tower.

Skjern Enge turen (25,50 km)

In Skjern Enge's nature Mecca, you can get close to nature and take advantage of some of the many opportunities offered by the meadows on the tour. Enjoy the view from bird towers, use the draught ferries over the river and even bring your food with you and grill. The Skjern is Denmark’s most abundant river. It flows into Ringkøbing Fjord, creating the country's only river delta.

Skjern-Stauning (22,08 km)

Cycle through the beautiful inner fjord landscape from the country’s youngest market town, Skjern, to whisky’s West Jutland capital, Stauning. On the trip you can stop at the small idyllic fjord harbour in Stauning or extend the trip and explore farther into Dejbjerg Plantation. This can be a beautiful road trip, or a day trip with several stops on the way.

Skjern-Borris (24,75 km)

The tour takes you from the country’s youngest market town, Skjern, towards salmon country, where you follow a lovely stretch along the Skjern River past Borris and back again through the lush countryside. Enjoy the eastern part of Skjern Enge, where you have the opportunity to get close to nature and wildlife. The tour takes you past Borris Hede – a military shooting terrain, but also Denmark’s largest heath landscape, with marshes, fens and inland dunes. Ringkøbing-Velling-Lem (33,24 km)

Take a lovely tour and get to know the atmospheric old town of Ringkøbing, the thriving village of Velling - with fantastic views of the fjord. Hear the wind buzzing in the wind turbines on the road to Lem, renowned for its where skilled blacksmiths. A visit to Helnæs (56,75 km)

Nature, art and gastronomy are the keywords for this trip, which takes you past attractions including Torø, the island famous for its unspoiled countryside and peculiar buildings. The route continues on via Saltofte to Sønderby Klint, which is the ideal place to hunt for fossils, as the cliff was created by deposits from the Ice Age. Helnæs has several small galleries, an inn and an antiques shop. The return leg of the route leads you through the grounds of the delightful, classical Hagenskov Castle.

Around Vissenbjerg (32,98 km)

Tear a day out of the calendar to enjoy a wonderful trip liberally sprinkled with great excuses to swing out of the saddle for a while. For example, there is a Terrarium with exhibits including a live Komodo Dragon. Enjoy the long descent past the vantage point (Udsigten) to the Galaksen natural playground in Nårup, which is the perfect place to eat your packed lunch while the kids take turns on the zip wire. Finish off with a visit to the Bird Zoo and Frøbjerg Bavnehøj hill – the highest point on Fyn.

The porpoise route (34,71 km)

Head for the animal park on Hindsgavl Peninsula, and then carry on along the coast to the dramatic landscape at Røjle Klint (cliff). Narrow roads and cycle paths run alongside the sea, which at this point is home to the largest population of porpoises in Danish waters. So keep an eye on the surface of the sea and you may spot a dorsal fin in the water just before a porpoise leaps. Take a break at what was once an inn called “Løven” (the Lion). It was here the porpoise hunters used to meet after a long day on the waves.

Alongside the Little Belt (15,90 km)

This route runs through Middelfart, beneath the two bridges and out past the distinctive Strib Lighthouse. As you ride, you will encounter technology that changed the world. For example, you can see the old NKT cable factory, the town’s first railway station from 1865, and the workers’ homes. In front of the former railway hotel are a number of large pots that were originally used as acid containers at NKT. Other attractions in Strib include the Automobile Museum and lunch at the local butcher’s.

Middelfart Marina (7,62 km)

From the architecturally fascinating building KulturØen – which houses the local library, a brasserie and more – the route runs through the suburbs of Middelfart and its former industrial quarter. During the summer, you can stop at Middelfart Marina and try various water sports, including paddleboarding, windsurfing, snorkelling and match racing. Bring your swimsuit and take a refreshing dip from the beach by the Marina or Skrillinge Beach.

The Særslev route (30,47 km)

This route starts in Bogense, perhaps the most charming market town in Denmark. A river runs through the town, and you can lean on the cast iron railings of bridges – Venetian style – and gaze down into the water, where sea trout swim freely. The route makes its way through Fredskoven woods and past Gyldensteen Estate, where, in the autumn, you can see thousands of pumpkins lining the fields. Give your legs a rest at Kunstgården studio near Skovby, where you can sample freshly made cakes and admire the arts and crafts.

Mill route (52,72 km)

Treetops form a protective cover over the small, winding roads that make up this route, which leads you to the spring at Regisse Kilde, past delightful old wind- and water mills, and out into the open landscape. The ride takes in Glorup and Holckenhavn, and you can sample local beers at the Ørbæk and Refsvindinge micro-breweries. There are plenty of great places to stop for coffee along the way; you can also bring a packed lunch to enjoy by the millpond – while keeping an eye out for the kingfisher and the osprey.

The black clover trail in Nyborg (33,85 km)

Ride out of the city towards Slipshavn harbour, an area rich in history: from old fortifications to allotment gardens and cultural installations. Ride past the beautiful beach-side villas, and through charming residential quarters. The route also features stretches of countryside around Holckenhavn Fjord and the Vindinge and Ørbæk river valleys. Here, you can enjoy sights such as sea birds pecking at mussels around the entrance to the fjord. Don’t forget your binoculars, as this route is rich in birdlife.

The Fruit Route (23,09 km)

Fresh sea air, tranquil woodland and verdant meadows sprinkled with marsh-marigolds alternate with fruit plantations on this route from the market town of Svendborg to Åbyskov and back via Skårup and Holmdrup Huse. Several farm shops along the way specialise in using the local fruit to make both wine and fruit schnapps. Drop in at Aqua Vitae Sydfyn and Skaarupøre Vingaard, for instance, to sample the goods. The Vingaard café is an excellent place to enjoy a snack or a light meal as well.

Around Rantzausminde (21,80 km)

This route starts by the marina in Rantzausminde and then leads out into the countryside to Ollerup. This little town is home to a high school, a residential college and The Independent Academy for Free School Teaching – as well as the well-known Ollerup Bunker, to which there is free access 24/7. You can sit on the lawn on top of the bunker and enjoy your packed lunch. The return leg runs through the idyllic Syltemade Ådal valley on the way to Lehnskov Estate, located by the entrance channel to Svendborg Sound. The beautiful main building is not even 20 years old.

Tour de Taasinge (21,27 km)

In addition to magnificent countryside, the view over the South Fyn Archipelago from Breninge Church, the irresistibly quaint general store in Troense, and the delicious cuisine at Valdemars Slot (castle), this is a trip centred around true love. The events of the last days of the immortal story of the star-crossed lovers Elvira Madigan and Sixten Sparre played out on Tåsinge. Visit their graves at Landet Church, and get to know the whole tragic tale at Tåsinge Museum

Svendborg-Lundeborg på cykel (25,89 km)

”Er du trist og har du sorg i sindet, så tag med mig ned til Lundeborg” hedder det i en populær sang af Ove Bager, forsanger i orkestret Fynsk Harmoniforvirring. Skov og strand, havn og vand, fiskerpige og fiskermand er der stadig i Lundeborg, men i dag er det dog mest lystbåde der lægger til kaj.

Bike Island Ruten (570,05 km)

Bike Island-ruten fører dig med sine 515 km rundt på hele Fyn langs kysten og sikrer, at du også oplever Øhavets største øer Langeland og Ærø. Som perler på snor ligger de fynske købstæder langs kysten og sikrer, at din tur veksler mellem bløde, bakkede landskaber og charmerende købstæder med mange 100 års historie på bagen.

Stige Ø, HCA & Kulturbotanisk have (39,32 km)

Hvis du kun skal cykle én tur i Odense, så lad det være denne. Her kommer du godt omkring, blandt andet forbi Stige Ø, havnen og Byens Ø, H.C.A-skoven samt Odenseanernes yndlingsoase, Munke Mose og den smukke Fruens Bøge-skov. Ruten kan køres af alle, og er velegnet til familier, da der er masser af legepladser undervejs.

Langesø og Elmelundskoven (44,21 km)

Hvis du vil mærke dine ben og have pulsen op, og du samtidig nyder at køre under trækronerne, så skal du prøve denne tur. Du starter ved Byens bro, cykler langs Stavis Å og ind i Hole Skov, videre til Langesø og igennem de to skove, Hesbjerg og Elmelund. Især Langesø er et smukt sted, som er hele turen værd. Ruten er lang men kan halveres, og så kører du på asfalt, smågrus og skov- og markvej. Læs mere i PDF'en om ruten herunder.

Enebærodde Hasmark & Dallund Slot (84,51 km)

Hvis du har lyst til at cykle langt og gerne vil se, hvad det nordlige Fyn kan byde på, så er det denne tur du skal på. Du starter ved Byens Bro og cykler langs Odense kanal mod nord, indtil du når forbi attraktioner som Hofmansgave Herregård, Halshusene, Enebærodde og Hasmark. Alle sammen dejlige steder, der fortjener et stop. Ruten kombineres med at tage vestpå, så du kommre forbi Glavendrupstenen samt Dallund Slot nær Søndersø og slutter af ved streetfood-markedet Storms Pakhus. Ruten kan køres af alle, da den for det meste er flad. Til gengæld er den lang, og kan evt. splittes op i to dage med overnatning i Hasmark.

Fruens Bøge Skovsøen & Hollufgaard (39,61 km)

Hvis du ikke vil så langt fra Odense men stadig er klar på at se en masse, så skal du cykle denne rute. Du starter i Munke Mose og følger stien, der tager dig forbi Odense Zoo, Fruens Bøge og Skovsøen, som er hyggelige og familievenlige steder. Den Fynske Landsby ligger også lige i nærheden. Turen går videre gennem det mondæne Dalum og ud forbi Syddansk Universitet, hvor krudtugler kan slå sig løs på idrætsanlægget. Hollufgård er også et ofte overset område, som du kommer forbi på vejen. Du kan afslutte turen med et besøg i Rosengårdcentret, hvor der er rig mulighed for shopping og mad.

Heldagstur til Helnæs (45,53 km)

Denne rute viser dig det bedste af Helnæs, som er en spektakulær
halvø i nærheden af Assens. Ruten er sat med udgangspunkt fra
Assens, så du også kommer forbi andre skønne steder som Torø
Huse, Saltofte, Sønderby Klint samt Gl. Brydegaard og Gl. Avernæs,
inden du når den kendte dæmning, hvor du cykler med havet på
begge sider. Et fynsk must-see!

Bagenkopruten (20,59 km)

Ruten tager dig rundt i Bagenkop-området på Langeland  forbi de vilde heste, jættestuen ved Hulbjerg samt Dovns Klint og Langelandsfortet.

Rudkøbingruten (24,42 km)

Rudkøbingruten er en rundtur, der starter og stopper i Rudkøbing. Tag denne rute, hvis du vil en smule ud for Rudkøbing og se landskaberne og de hyggelige småveje. Du kommer forbi Faarevejle Gods og Spodsbjerg, igennem en masse "bøller" samt forbi frugtplantagen Strandlyst.

Langeland rundt (152,69 km)

Denne rute tager dig hele vejen rundt på Langeland, så det er bedst, hvis du kan dele den op over flere dage. Vi garanterer masser af oplevelser undervejs, hvor du kommer forbi Rudkøbing, Tranekær, Lohals, Spodsbjerg og helt ned til Gulstav Mose.

Tranekærruten (20,50 km)

Tranekærruten er en hyggelig rundtur i området, hvor du bl.a. kommer forbi Tobaksladen, Skovmosen, Souvenariet, Medicinhaverne samt Tranekær Slot og den dertilhørende Slotshave.

Faaborg Vester Åby og Korinth (52,33 km)

Hvis du vil ud i udkanten af Faaborg, skulle du tage at prøve denne rute. Her starter du i Faaborg og kører forbi Horne, Svanninge, Korinth, Fyns største sø Arreskov Sø samt Brahetrolleborg Slot. Du kommer derudover også forbi Holstenshuus Slot, Vester Åby og Fjællebroen.

Horne Dyreborg og Bøjden (42,20 km)

På denne rute bevæger du dig fra Faaborg og ud på Horne, som er en halvø med de skønneste små sommerbyer. Turen tager dig forbi Fyns eneste rundkirke, Dyreborg havn, Bøjden og til sidst forbi Svanninge.

Svendborg til Faaborg (35,28 km)

Ruten her er en del af den populære Østersørute (N8). Du cykler fra Svendborg mod Faaborg gennem skønne fynske landskaber og småbyer, heriblandt Rantzausminde, Syltemae Ådal, Fjællebroen og mange flere.

Svanninge Bakker (22,53 km)

Hvis du har lyst til at mærke dine ben, er det denne rute, du skal på. Turen går til Svanninge Bakker, som har lagt motiv til mange fynske billedkunstnere gennem tiden. Du kan stoppe i Diernæs og ved Kaleko Mølle undervejs, inden du vender tilbage til Faaborg.

100 km på Ærø (99,98 km)

Denne rute er fra Ærøs faste Ærø Rundt-cykelløb, så den er godt skiltet. Den er lang med sine 100

km., men alligevel kommer du ikke forbi de samme steder 2 gange. Ruten er anstrengende i sin længde, og højderyttere vil også finde en udfordring på denne rute.

Denne rute er altså ikke anbefalet, når man skal hyggecykle, men når der skal inkasseres mange kilometer i tælleren. Vi bringer dig derfor ikke ud på sightseeing,

men vi har lavet en række pitstop-forslag, for uden mad og drikke, duer helten jo ikke...

Med fokus på kultur og natur tager denne rute dig fra Assens og mod nord, hvor du bl.a. kommer forbi Aborg, Baunet, tre kirker, Godset Brahesborg samt en klassisk fynsk sulegård.

Torø Huse og Sønderby Klint (25,44 km)

Tag på denne cykeltur, hvis du har lyst til at se den flotteste natur, som Assens kan byde på. Turen går forbi Torø Huse, som både er en halvø og et gammelt fiskerleje, samt Sønderby Klint og ruten sluttes af ved Vor Frue Kirke i Assens.

Slotte og herregårde i Assens (82,28 km)

Hele 5 slotte og herregårde kommer du forbi på denne rute, der også går igennem Haarby. Ruten er lang (82.2 km), så sæt gerne hele dagen af til den.

Vinruten (91,38 km)

On Røsnæs, Sjællands Odde and several other places in Destination Sealand, beautiful long rows of vines are soaking up the sun on south facing slopes. Every year, the grapes from these vines are used by the local winegrowers who have been awarded several times for their wines both at home and abroad.  At the wineries, the winegrowers are ready to take you on a tour of the fields and the winery to tell you more about the production of primarily rosé, sparkling and white wines, and several wineries also produce spirits, dessert and fortified wines. Pamper yourself with lovely Sealand wine and don't hesitate to extend the route with one or two overnight stays.

Landsbyidyl på Reersø (30,06 km)

A cycle ride on the peninsula of Reersø takes you past the thatched houses and the old inn oozing all the charm of original village idyll. On this route, you and your family can experience Denmark's tallest passage grave, art and ceramics as well as museums and a lively angling harbour.

Agersø Rundt (11,14 km)

Experience Agersø on two wheels. The island has a lot in store for you, from the cosy yacht harbour to historic gems. Visit the old mill and the history stable with its splendid display on the history of Agersø.

On the Medieval Route you will pass some of the monumental buildings that testify to the family's considerable influence, ranging from Sorø Abbey Church and  Fjenneslev Church with the two towers to Bjernede Church which is the only round church on Sealand. Holbergruten, Sorø (38,25 km)

Get closer to the Danish author and playwright Ludvig Holberg and follow in his footsteps from Sorø Abbey Church to his beloved Tersløsegaard Manor. We start with the end - which is Holberg's sarcophagus in Sorø Abbey Church. We then take a short look at Bissen's Holberg statue in the Academy Garden, before hopping on the bike to cycle through a varied landscape with views of plantations, gravel pits, meadows and bogs, till we reach Tersløsegaard, the manor that Holberg bought in 1745. Ingemannruten, Sorø (29,16 km)

Many Danes know the hymns Dejlig er jorden and I Østen stiger solen op, but it is not so well known that they were written by B.S. Ingemann, who spent much of his life in Sorø. He was part of a fertile artistic community often visited by many of the prominent poets and thinkers of the time. On this route, you will pass some of the places that Ingemann liked, all while you enjoy a beautiful tour of the countryside with its lakes, meadows and woods. Hop on the bike and get inspired. Stenalderruten, Sorø (46,85 km)

On this route you will see some of the many dolmens that are found everywhere within Sorø Municipality. You will pass one of the country's most beautiful round barrows, impressive long barrows and stones that superstition thought were thrown here by trolls. In other words, there are stones for every taste on this cycle route. It takes you through a varied landscape with gravel pits, woodlands and small villages. Økologi og idyl i Bisserup (18,10 km)

The starting poing for this cycle route is Bisserup, a lively village where the harbour is still an active fishing port. The village idyll is unspoilt, many of the original houses extremely well preserved, making the soul of the old fishing village still felt throughout. Make a stop at the yacht harbour to enjoy an ice  cream, lunch or listen to the local fisherman spinning his yarns.

Korsør tur-retur (43,16 km)

Starting point for this tour is Caspar Brands Plads in Korsør and is the toughest as concerns altitude metres, hence suitable for climbers. The route is 43.1 km long (258 altitude metres). After 17.6 km, you hit one of the municipality's toughest climbs on Jættehøjvej, a 2.1 km ascent outside the category with an average of 2.9%. Then you arrive in Slots Bjergby, where it is possible to climb the two dolmens by bike to the very top where you are rewarded with a marvellous view. After a shorter climb up to Gerlev,  mostly descents are ahead in a lovely countryside through Stude and Søhuse on the way back to Korsør south of Noret lagoon. 

Skælskør tur- retur (35,95 km)

This stage starts from Skælskør Library and is very attractive to sprinters. You will have to manage 35.5 km (height 140 metres) without any major climbs. In return, the tour offers lovely scenery in Fyrendal Forest, and on the return trip along the coast you will pass Holsteinborg Estate. Starting from the library in Skælskør you cycle northeast through Tystofte and Sønder Bjerge. Then through Fyrendal Forest and Bisserup. Take a stop in Bisserup to enjoy an ice cream or lunch. The journey home goes along the coast, where you pass Holsteinborg Estate on the relatively flat stretch back to Skælskør.

Slagelse tur-retur (52,28 km)

This tour starts and ends on the Town Hall Square in Slagelse with 52.2 km of cycling. Along the way, you will meet challenges like the Blæsingebakken hill. But the tour also offers splendid views of the Great Belt and the Bridge from the ridge outside Dalby, before heading for the coast and the holiday home resorts. You could take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee or an ice cream on the beach in Stillinge Strand. The tour back to Slagelse goes from Kongsmark Strand through Hejninge. With time on your hands, you could take a detour to Trelleborg Viking Fortress, just 1.5 km from Hejninge Church.

Tour de France - Stage 2 (198,55 km)

Destination Sealand's unique landscape, beautiful coastline and iconic buildings provide the setting for Tour De France 2022. Pull on The Yellow Jersey and try your hand at the route like another cycling star.

Smag på Glænø (15,33 km)

Have taste of the island of Glænø, when you enjoy the countryside and the local food. This cycle route offers you and your family a unique bird sanctuary or you can go angling and take long, scenic walks. The route takes you through the landscape on Glænø, which is characteristed by hills and steep beach slopes.

De 4 færger (117,77 km)

Take the tour of the entire Isefjord onboard four ferries. It is an experience for all senses and all ages to take this tour. You buy a joint ferry ticket for the four ferries and travel at the price level, the speed and the mode of transport you prefer. Herregårdstur (17,83 km)

Cycle through the landscape around Lake Tissø to experience all the cultural history gems and unique views. On the tour, you will see fishermen's cottages, smallholdings and, above all, the manor houses of the area.

Rundt om Røsnæs (46,99 km)

Welcome to the tour of this peninsula with its varied portfolio of views. The tip of Røsnæs in particular offers exceptionally beautiful and raw nature where the Ice Age has left its mark. Enjoy the tour and make a stop at one of the many wineries that offer ample opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine and a lunch.

Tissø Trail (30,70 km)

Experience marvellous Tissø, the fourth largest lake in Denmark. A cycling scenery offering opportunities to visit Sæby Church, a car museum, and to study art and crafts in Buerup, in addition to Vikings and rich nature in Åmosen Nature Park and Fugledegård Viking Centre.

Asnæs trail (47,82 km)

On this tour, you can enjoy the nature and idyll typical of West Sealand. You will pass through forests and an otherwise sensible flat terrain. Most of the time goes by while you enjoy the lovely views across the sea. Dips in the sea are possible on the sandy beach at Asnæs Power Station, at Havnemark and at Sønderstrand.

Sejerø (24,67 km)

Bring along your two-wheeler when you take the ferry to Sejerø to experience the island's wonderful, breathtaking scenery - and the islanders. Sejerø is the island of mountains where you can combine the bike ride with a mountain hike for great experiences, high and low, among hill trolls and giants.

Omø rundt (8,22 km)

Experience Omø on two wheels. On a just 8 km ride, you have plenty of time to enjoy both nature and the island's gems. Make time for a good lunch before setting out for the lighthouse. Here is a stunning view which makes it easy to forget about time and place. A tour and a distance that are also manageable for children.

Orø rundt (17,77 km)

Take the tour round Orø to experience the real island atmosphere. Orø is brimming with life and there are several eateries where you can enjoy a lunch. Be inspired by the many iron sculptures on the island, created by the local artist. It is recommended to visit Art-Door which serves good coffee and cakes, and a cosy shop with local products. And don't miss a visit to the campsite for a round of mini golf, or to Orø Strand Zoo - or a good walk on the beach. On your return trip, drop into the old Grocery Store, a place exuding new creative energy.

PostNord 4. etape Holbæk-Kalundborg (189,20 km)

Have a try at PostNordDanmarkrundt 2022, a round Denmark cycling race, on its fourth stage from Holbæk to Kalundborg. You will have to cope with the first challenge in Tølløse with its hilly roads. Then set out for Mørkøv, Jyderup and Svebølle before hitting Kalundborg and the peninsula of Røsnæs. Both Holbæk and Kalundborg are good choices for a stopover when hunger makes itself felt and you need supplies. And on Røsnæs, the wine is waiting.

Skarresø Rundt (12,42 km)

 colours of nature.

Nekselø (5,25 km)

At the request of the islanders, the entire island is now a conservation area, based on its special nature with less rainfall and more hours of sunshine than the rest of Denmark. This means that it is here possible to experience a wide range of plant and animal species adapted to the steppe-like climate – including the rare fire-bellied toad, the variable toad and the natterjack toad.

Great nature in Amager Nature Park awaits you, and it is just a 15-minutes ride from Copenhagen City Center. Getting here by bike is easy, but the metro will also take you and your bike right to the doorstep! The area, which was once a military exercise area, is now a very popular preserved wide-ranging nature park with lots of experiences for everyone.

The area is in a league of its own - located close to the futuristic neighborhood Ørestad. Wild birdlife (more than 300 species – many of them migratory bird), deer, horses, sheep and cows live here.
