Host a Naviki Contest: Terms and Conditions
1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by beemo GmbH to consumers based on a purchase of a Naviki Contest.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
2 Contractual partner
The contract is concluded with beemo GmbH, Hafengrenzweg 3, 48155 Münster, Commercial Registration: Münster Local Court HRB 13674.
3 Conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
3.2 By clicking one of the payment buttons you place a binding order for the Naviki Contest specified on the Checkout page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you a confirmation by e-mail after receiving your order.
3.3 The ordered Naviki Contest will continue to be visible in the Naviki app for an indefinite period of time after its expiration. beemo GmbH can cancel the contract at any time without giving reasons as well as terminate and delete the Naviki Contest at any time. In such a case, beemo will refund the costs paid for the Contest to the contractual partner in proportion to the duration of the Contest.
4 Right of cancellation
4.1 If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of cancellation in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the services.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (beemo GmbH, Hafengrenzweg 3, 48155 Münster, Tel. +49 251 490999-00, info@beemo.eu) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a message sent by e-mail). You can use the sample cancellation form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
The online service you have purchased will be deactivated immediately.

5 Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the set-up pages and on the Checkout page include VAT and other price components.
6 Delivery
Online services for usage within the Naviki app are sold. There is no delivery of goods.
7 Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop. These are realised through a connection to the services of PayPal. The use of PayPal's services is subject to the applicable terms and conditions and is outside of Naviki as well as outside the influence of beemo GmbH.
8 Warranty for material defects
beemo GmbH is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 ff of the German Civil Code ('Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch').
9 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (in accordance with Art. 14 para. 1 ODR Regulation) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts.
